Ov e r 3 8 , 0 0 0 visitors flocked to the National Institutions of Higher Learning’s “Jom Masuk U” twoday carnival at the newly opened Sultan Ahmad Shah International Convention Centre (SASICC) in Kuantan on March 5-6, 2011. The carnival was a collaborative programme between the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and the Ministry of of Education in promoting students to pursue further studies in tertiary education.
