Un i v e r s i t i M a l a y s i a Pa h a n g ’s ( U M P ) c a m p u s election ran smoothly without a hitch, with 4,596 students, or about 75% of the university’s population, filling their ballot papers at the two campuses in Gambang and Pekan. The balloting process was conducted concurrently at the Gambang Campus’ Sports Complex and for the first time, at the Pekan Campus’ Faculty of Electrical & Electronic Engineering building, on February 23, 2011.
